The total yield per year is about 140,000 bottles.
The first red wine, Château BRULESECAILLE (50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet) aged during 12 months in oak barrels is gathered about 80,000 bottles from the same blend.
Wines from Château BRULESECAILLE are full-bodied with good fruit and length, well-balanced and powerful. They have the potential to be kept for 10 years or more.
The second red wine, Château LA GRAVIERE, grown in stainless steel vat, gathered about 54,000 bottles. It is more supple and requires less time to be appreciated.
The white wine, Blanc de BRULESECAILLE is dry, produced from 100% Sauvignon and stayed on lees in oak barrels during 6 months (about 6,000 bottles).
The white wine is fat and fruity.
Since 1997 a small estate of 2 ha (AOC St Emilion) in Saint Christophe des Bardes complements the range of our products. This wine called Château YON ST CHRISTOPHE offers fine aromas of ripe fruit and good length giving it a good potential for aging.
